Jim Weinberg visits Mason Preparatory School. What an exciting day in Charleston being with the third grade art class, their wonderful ideas for our upcoming Pier Bridge painting!
The city of Charleston will be painting the last remaining piece of the old Cooper River bridges. Jim Weinberg, who is heading up this project, came to school today to talk to our thrid graders. The students are creating their own artistic interpretations of the bridges, which will then be turned into greeting cards and sold to raise funds for a plaque to be placed at the landmark. Thank you to Mr. Weinberg and his wife for visiting and kicking off this wonderfully creative project!
Art to be shared from generation to generation! How blessed are we! – Jim Weinberg.
